A person will review it, usually within five working days. If there is a fit, the next step is credential verification and a short conversation.

If there is not, you will hear that too, with the reason.

What makes an application succeed?

Specificity. A clear description of one system you built, what you owned, and what you would do differently tells us more than a list of technologies.

Do I need to be available now?

No. Plenty of members join while fully booked, for benefits on their existing projects rather than for new work.

What if I am declined?

You will be told why. Where a certification or more production experience would change the answer, we say which one, and reapplying later is welcome.
